Mahmood Madani Demands Reforms in Police System
By Our Staff Reporter

New Delhi, December 10 Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind General Secretary Maulana Mahmood Madani here  today stressed the need for immediate reforms in police system while referring to release of 13 Muslims detained in Jaipur.

Maulana Madani feared subsequent acquittal of Muslim youth by courts falsely framed in various terror cases proves deep penetration of communal and fascist elements in the police system of the country. “The attitude of police administration is biased towards Muslims everywhere in the country”, Maulana Madani said.

He also pointed out that despite being innocent. The Muslim youth were charged under IPC Section 120-B, 153-A and 295-A in Jaipur blast case that was     blatantly admitted  before court by a  few officials  involved in arresting innocents  that they were forced by seniors to arrest these persons belonging to a particular community.

Maulana Madani demanded punishment for those who framed and hatched case against innocents and compensation, government jobs and career certificate for the victims. He said his organization always expressed concern over targeting a particular community and organized conferences to protest against such nature of investigation, declaring it dangerous to the country and misguiding approach.
