AIMC Urges Nitish Kumar to Steer Bihar Away from Divisive Politics
By Our Staff Reporter

New Delhi, November 24 All India Milli Council (AIMC) has urged Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to justify the people’s trust in his leadership in his second term as well and steer the state away from the divisive politics of religious and caste confrontation.

Congratulating him on his “party’s and coalition’s spectacular win”, AIMC General Secretary Dr M Manzoor Alam, in a letter written soon after Bihar assembly election results coming out, said this was a clear endorsement of his governance agenda emphasizing growth, goodwill and social stability.

“In fact, that is what good governance is all about,” he pointed out.
